The city of North Las Vegas and its first department will honor military, veterans and first responder with the 10th annual fete to honor them, Oct. 19, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Craig Ranch Regional Park

Laura Coleman, the event organizer, said “The day will be connected, fun, food….lots of delicious food, games, celebrations, honoring and a great community collaboration with lots of community supporters and resources.”

Adds Amy Frost, a MILTrac board of advisor and resource contributor said families or veterans who lost someone who had served in the military are asked to bring a patch or a photo to commemorate their service.
