Justin Mecham, a LinkedIn contributor, posted this amazing article on job interview questions. m  He added a graphic (see below) with 12 questions.

Reading it made me think of Jeff Carter, a retired, senior Air Force officer who used similar questions as he was transitioning from the military.

When Carter left the Air Force several years ago, he served as the executive agent for Randolph AFB and oversaw the activities for three security forces organizations.   Activities around COVID-19 also took a significant part of his time.  Some could make the argument that Jeff didn’t have time for transition.

Carter, a Military Transition Roundtable alum, thought otherwise.  He found the time to prepare for an upcoming interview with Amazon.

Carter’s commander allowed him to move off base to a home in nearby New Braunfels.  When he finished his daily duties, his wife would ask him similar questions to the ones below.   Thanks to his prep work, Jeff got a job at Amazon.
