For the fourth year, Fred Brock American Legion Post 828 will host the Junior NCO Reception (E-4 to E-6) to be held at Post 828 located 3415 Martin Luther King Drive on Nov. 3, 2023, from 5 to 10 p.m. This event is free for active duty, guard, and reserve military members and their guests.
