Cheri Mason, the former chairman of the VA Board of Appeals, will speak on how veterans on active duty can document their medical and psychological elements before they retire or leave the military.  The event is part of a half-day AFCEA “Your Military Transition Roadmap” set for Sept. 20 at Port San Antonio.  The event is also virtual.
